What do we do when liberty and equality come into conflict?
ABA Model Rule 8.4(g) was crafted to address anti-discrimination policies and laws.
This program will provide an overview of the ABA Model Rule 8.4(g) and PA Rule of Professional Conduct and the litigation which has resulted therefrom, as a result of the conflict of plain language and application of the rule.
